Last Updated : 10/07/11

On 9 November 1989 the Berlin Wall fell, bringing East and West Germans together again after 28 years of separation.

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of its fall, the Bpi explores the story of this wall via a selection of books, articles, Internet sites, videos and images.

The aim of this file of materials is to provide the main references concerning this subject to a wide public, through a selection of information of all kinds (drawn from books, magazines, articles, videos, recordings, studies, Internet sites, ...). The documents have been selected for their quality, for their complementarity, and with a view to highlighting what are sometimes little known materials that belonging to the Bpi or are available on Internet.

Feel free to contact us to tell us what you think of this file, and to inform us about other materials.
