This Collection brings together ways to learn languages which are rare (even if they are widely spoken in the world), that are designed for learning by oneself. Each kit includes a manual, sound cassettes with complete dialogue transcripts, and exercises. The word for "Bonjour" ('hello'), or "Salut" ('goodbye'), in the language is used as the title or sub-title of these kits, which can be used by beginners or not-so-beginners.
Drehu/Lifou is the first "En paroles" title in the Bonjour/Salut collection. This book portrays the culture of the inhabitants of Lifou – the largest of the Loyalty Islands, beyond New Caledonia – through the authentic words of the islanders.
This book was presented at the Expolangues 2010 Fair.
