Jobs and Training Courses
In 2008, the Bpi employed 257 persons, being the equivalent of 240 full-time posts.
The Bpi is a national library, with the status of a State administration. Consequently most of its staff are civil servants but it also employs contract workers (mainly for administrative and technical posts), as well as temporary staff to reinforce the services that receive the public and put materials back in their places.
