Jobs and Training Courses
Since it was established, the Library has used temporary staff in successive groups during the year to reinforce the teams of permanent staff responsible for putting books back in their place and for receiving the public. These are part-time jobs (15 hours/week on average) for a period that does not exceed 6 months. They are exclusively for students with the level of the Bac up to Bac + 3 maximum for putting books back in their place, and from Bac + 4 for receiving and informing the public.
Recruiting for these posts takes place regularly throughout the year. The vacancies are announced in the "Vacant Posts" section.
Occasionally and more rarely, temporary staff are recruited for administrative or technical posts in order to reinforce services that are having difficulties because certain posts are not filled or due to lengthy absences. These jobs are also announced in the "Vacant Posts" section.
