Profile:

Supervision and restoring documents and equipment to their place

Tasks:

Supervising a team of temporary workers, and putting documents and equipment back in their place 

Conditions to be hired (must be fulfilled):

- student status
- available at times that are compatible with the work-charts
- available for 6 consecutive months, 12 hours a week on average (or an average of 60 hours a month)

Experience and qualifications:

- studies and/or experience in the library or documentation fields
- experience of supervising a team
- minimum educational level required: BAC + 3
- diploma in the library or documentation fields, as well as BAFA or BAFD

Qualities sought:

- sense of responsibility
- supervisory skills
- self-control and relational skills
- sense of organisation, thorough and methodical
- ability to work in a team
- diligent, punctual and persevering
- physically apt for restoring Bpi documents to their places

Working hours:

Shifts lasting 3 hours
- in the evening: from 18:30 to 21:30 (except Tuesdays)
- at weekends (1 out of  2 on average)
- occasionally on weekdays (except Tuesdays): in the morning from 9:00 to 12:00, or in the afternoon from 15:00 to 18:00
- possibility to modify the hours worked
- length of contract:  6 months

Pay:

- hourly rate gross: 11,61 € (paid holidays included)
- hourly rate gross on Sundays and public holidays: 15,09 € (paid holidays included).

Each candidate will receive a message confirming that their application has been received. Certain candidates, selected on the basis of their applications, will be invited to a job interview.
