The Bpi publishes several newsletters regularly for those interested in its activities and services (french only)

Feel free to subscribe to receive the latest information about the library’s cultural programme, but also Balises (Bpi magazine), Bpi for professionals, information for teachers, etc.

Bpi newsletter

It provides a summary of what’s happening at the library in the next few months: cultural events, practical information, what’s new in the collections and services.

Balises newsletter

In this newsletter you’ll receive a monthly selection of new articles or features proposed by Balises, the library’s webmagazine.

Professional newsletter

This is a newsletter for librarians and informs them about the latest news for the profession once a month: news services, study days, national and international events.  


Cinemathèque newsletter

Each week, don’t miss anything on the programme of the Cinémathèque du documentaire at the Bpi: films, meetings, debates, previews… in the cinema of the Centre Pompidou.

Cinéma du réel festival newsletter

Find out all there is to know about the Cinéma du réel film festival, before, during and after the festival: announcements by the jury, the programme, life of the films, opening of registration… 

Les yeux doc newsletter

Monthly news about the lesyeuxdoc.fr VOD platform, documentary film in multimedia libraries: interviews with film-makes, producers; information about films; news about subscribed libraries.


Cinema for schools newsletter

This monthly newsletter is for those working in education and gives information about the free screenings and workshops focusing on documentary film for primary to secondary schools.

Intended for teachers, it informs them about the educational offer the library has: tours, workshops, screenings, exhibitions…

Eurêkoi newsletter

Each month, it offers a selection of questions and answers on a range of subjects (science, literature, history, etc.) that librarians have received and answered. The newsletter also offers a selection of recommendations (reading, film, series).


Social work newsletter

This quarterly newsletter summarises the specific offer proposed by the Bpi for social work structures which support people learning French, who are marginalised, or socially or economically fragile, and not very familiar with cultural institutions.

Reading and disability newsletter

Receive information dedicated to services for people with disabilities: work booths, adapted events, specific access, etc.
