This fully navigable interactive map will help you find the various information desks if you wish to ask a library staff member for information, as well as the Bpi’s booths, collections, restrooms, etc.
Request assistance
For people with mobility or orientation difficulties, assistance from a librarian is available from the entrance to the Lumière. Please contact us by phone during library opening hours on +33 (0)1 44 78 12 71.
If you would like assistance from the metro, tram, or bus stop, you must make an appointment with a librarian from the Reading and Disability Service 24 hours before your visit on weekdays and 48 hours before your visit on evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
