Listen to and analyze the radio
The Bpi offers you a selection of websites allowing you to listen to the radio, in particular the main news and cultural radio stations.

Radio collections
The library has a collection of books devoted to radio. You can consult documents on the history of radio in France and around the world.
Freely on the web
The radio stations of the Radio France group are available online. Franceinfo, France Inter, France bleu, France culture, FIP and other radio stations can be listened to live or as podcasts.
With regards international news, RFI broadcasts in French and thirteen other languages. Monte Carlo Doualiya, the all-round radio in Arabic, broadcasts from France to the Arab world.
For a point of view more from the Paris region, you can listen to the cultural, science and society programmes of Radio campus Paris and for an offbeat and creative point of view, listen to the documentaries, series or fictions of Arte radio.
Listen to journalists’ segments
Several radio stations have segments by journalists about the media or news.
In La Fabrique médiatique by Caroline Broué on France Culture, two different media give their points of view one of the week’s top news items.
On France Inter, Profession reporter gives airtime to reporters who relate their experience in the field and with L’instant M by Sonia Devillers, understand how social media and non-stop broadcasting channels have shaken up how information is processed.
Broadcast on RFI, the segment by Amaury de Rochegonde proposes to decipher how media has developed in the digital era and L’Atelier des médias is both a radio programme and social network keeping abreast of innovation, the digital society and revolutions in the media world.
Recordings of cultural events
The Replay gives access to audio and video recordings of cultural events organised by the Bpi, as well as podcasts created by library staff.
Podcast Par Effractions

Podcast Capsule Bpi
The Capsule Bpi podcast gives a voice to those who bring the library to life: its public and the staff who work there. In 11 episodes, Capsule Bpi immerses us in the unique atmosphere of the library, looks back on the bonds forged over time between the public and librarians, and invites us to look ahead together to 2030, the year of the Bpi’s reopening in the Centre Pompidou building.
