Bpi’s remote services during its closure in 2025

The Bpi will close its doors at the Centre Pompidou on the evening of March 2, 2025 and will reopen at the Lumière on August 25, 2025, but throughout this period of closure, the library will continue to offer its services in partner locations and also remotely!

Our remote mediations

To complete its range of mediations in partner locations, the Bpi offers a number of online meetings:

• emploi et vie professionnelle workshops
• conversation workshops in French as a foreign language, every Monday at 5pm
• conversation workshops in Spanish, every Wednesday at 6pm
• conversation workshops in Portuguese, every Wednesday at 7pm
• Trouver un livre adapté à mes besoins workshop, Wednesday, May 28 at 2pm
• Nos ressources à distance workshops

Our remote resources

Our remote resources is the Bpi’s new service giving you free access from home to some thirty digital resources. After registering, you can consult a wide range of resources remotely via our website, for a renewable period of one year.

Access from home to a wide range of digital resources in all the disciplines (press, languages, human and social sciences, literature, music, arts, IT, fashion, etc.) to which the library subscribes. ToutApprendre, Numérique Premium, Le Monde Archives, Bibliovox, Techniques de l’ingénieur, and much more… You’re bound to find resources to help you in your daily life, to educate you, and to have fun!
