Compliance Status – Partial Accessibility (May 2021)

An accessibility process for this site, initiated in September 2017, led to a declaration of compliance with the RGAA 4.1 in May 2021. On this date, 74% of the criteria of the RGAA version 4.1 were respected and the average rate of Compliance of this site is 95%. The corrections of non-conformities are in progress.

This page aims to guide you in the use of the institutional site of the Bpi.

Navigation on the Bpi.fr website

It is possible to navigate the Bpi.fr site using three navigation systems:

  1. The search engine is located after the main menu, it allows you to search in all articles
  2. a breadcrumb placed directly below the main menu tells you where you are and the path taken to get to the page where you are.
  3. The main menu provides direct access to the sections and sub-sections of the site whose entries are:
  • Homepage ;

On the home page is a carousel. A carousel is a rotating set of content. You can turn it on or off with the Stop carousel toggle button using the spacebar.

  • Catalog ;

The catalog is fully accessible.

  • Agenda ;

The Bpi agenda is accessible via the “Agenda” link on the www.bpi.fr website. Here are the keyboard shortcuts for navigating the calendar with Jaws:

  • To go from event to event: “t” key. Also to search by date, type the “f” to the edit box to enter a keyword. Then again “f” until checkboxes to specify dates and themes.
  • With NVDA, type “h” to go from event to event. to search by the same as Jaws. For a search by date, type the “f” up to the edit box to enter a keyword. Then type “f” again until checkboxes to specify dates and topics.

​Autocomplete: after entering the first word, you have to scroll down to see the word suggestions.
